At Baby Badger, we take pride in the quality of our laser-cut products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have the right to return your product for a refund or store credit.
However, there are a few conditions, so please read the details below to fully understand our policy:
- The item you wish to return must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please contact us before returning any item. We’d like to understand the reason for the return and discuss further actions. You will need to provide your contact details, whether you prefer a refund or store credit, and the details of the item(s) purchased.
- Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- Custom-made products are also non-returnable, as they are uniquely crafted based on your specific requirements.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the parcel does not get lost in the mail.

Shipping Policy
Baby Badger currently ships within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept overseas payments or ship internationally at this time.
- Laser-Cut Products: Shipping costs for laser-cut items vary based on weight and size. Shipping rates start from $7.95. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible to save you money.

- Multiple Items: If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped together depending on the size and weight, but we cannot guarantee a single shipping price for combined orders.
- Delivery Time: Once your item is shipped, it typically takes up to three working days to arrive. If you are located in Hawke's Bay, you may receive your parcels within 1-2 days. For rural areas, please allow up to three days.
